Please visit the Government of Canada Visitor Site for visa requirements to enter Canada. Please note that the Association for Computing Machinery does not issue formal invitation letters for visas. We can however issue a visa support letter. In order to do this, you must supply us with your name and mailing address as it appears on your passport, in addition to the name of the conference you are attending and your registration confirmation number. If you are the author of any papers accepted for the conference, please provide the title. A fax number is also required in order to fax the support letter to you.

Lodging

The conference hotel is the Hyatt Regency Montréal. The rate is $209CDN per night. Note that in order to get this special rate, you must specify the following Group/Corporate number: G-CM18. If you stay at the Hyatt and you register for both WikiSym and OOPSLA, you will get a $150CDN discount when you register for OOPSLA. OOPSLA and WikiSym registration is handled through the OOPSLA registration site at:
