Welcome to the WikiSym 2009 Event Wiki!
WikiSym is the International Symposium on Wikis and Open Collaboration, the symposium (conference) and community of wiki and open collaboration researchers and practitioners world-wide. WikiSym 2009 will take place in Orlando, Florida, Oct 25-27, at Disney's Contemporary Resort. It is co-located with ACM OOPSLA, Onward!, DLS, and others.The WikiSym 2009 program is available online and as a Google spreadsheet to get an overview. You can also look at the proceedings' table of contents to get an idea of what's in store for WikiSym 2009 participants! WikiSym 2009 is happy to offer you open space for personal interaction with other participants as well as exciting research talks, workshops, tutorials, etc. and of course invited talks like these:

Event wiki and symposium registration is open. First, please register on this wiki and then return to this page.Second, please register for the event. The registration is handled by the OOPSLA registration system. If you are only interested in WikiSym, you can shorten the event registration: Once on page 4 in the process, just jump forward to page 14 to checkout.
